Unearthing me

Over 15 years ago I had a calling to do my own deep inner work, leading to me spiritual self-inquiry, rebirth, and transformative understanding of herself. Having reached a crisis point in my own life I began coming up against metaphoric walls I had built as means of survival. It is what I now know to be, the past in control of the present; manifesting as self-sabataging behaviours that overwhelmed me.

I once believed life happened to me. That you found happiness in people, places, and things. Unaware that under the surface; childhood trauma and conditioning was colouring how I experienced the world. As an adult I was living from unconsiously developed strategies... patterns and a way of being that later became a viscious cycle. Stemming from self-protective behaviour and an innate addiction to control . Wearing picture perfect ‘masks’ that I could no longer hide behind... I was far from feeling all together loved inside. During a profound moment I found myself desperately reaching for an answer, something deep inside spoke to me - a whisper - “Enough, Sarah there is another way”. I listened... a pathway opened up and a life-changing unearthing of myself began. With the holding of three teachers I found to walk alongside me, I began to learn that I was not my pain and that I had and have a choice.

Listening to the whisper of my soul, "There is another way..." I leapt into the void and began to rewrite my story—my own Transformational maturation coaching my journey. An unearthing and a renewed way to see myself and to be in life. It is not a full stop, or an arrival, it’s a continual path of expanding.

Why Work with me

Seventeen years ago, I co-founded one of London's top design agencies. Not only did this teach me fundamental lessons about business and people, it also opened Pandora's box of self..

When it was time radically change my own life, I chose to train in the work I had traversed for my own transformation, so that I could be a safe space for others to do the same, no matter their story. The work is an awakening from the dormant autopilot of life. A clearing, a quest of exploration, a rediscovery our truest selves.

Unearthyou, my work is unique blend human-centred transformation coaching and trauma-informed BodyMind Maturation, Postive Intelligence and Internal Family Parts work - Walking people through a deep dive into all the layers of being human. Maturation is living beyond who you think you are, connecting and living from the space of who you truly are. Experiencing a life-changing process of maturing and outgrowing you stories.

I have been doing this work, learning and growing in what it means to be human, including my own healing for over 15 years now. I bring to you supportive, loving space, with work that is unpinned by science proven methodolgies, so I that take you through a process to enable you to live beyond your past, beyond your story and beyond who know yourself and life to be.

I am ICF certified Transformative Maturation mentor, coach & teacher, and energy worker. With expertise in human behaviour, healing trauma on a bodymind level, trained and qualified in CBT, Ontology, Trauma Regression Realignment, Transformative Presence, Narrative Transformations, Transforming Paradigms, Five Elements Healing, Five Masks and Defences, Mindfulness and Meditation, Somatic healing and breathwork.

My work is to guide your to a more conscious approach to life and a healthy self-expression so that YOU can be the source of your own power, healing and transforming you most aligned self.

To paraphrase one of my teachers - Dr. David Norris “We think we get older but we don't, we just get taller, maturation is an outgrowing who your think you are to be who you really are”.
