This is a course to cultivate a mindful and presence practice in your life, to hold you in times of stress, challenge or overwhelm.  This is about learning to pay attention, listen to your body and learn to understand your BodyMind.

︎Online ︎ 6 x 60min Sessions

Our work is 100% confidential. Held in a very safe space on zoom. As part of your commitment you need to ensure you are also in a safe space, and alone.


Over the course of 6 weeks you will have the space of a weekly commitment - 60 minutes of mindful mentoring and holding to come back to balance.

You will receive guide-books to work with and integrate your learning. We will discuss where you are on your personal self-wellness journey and align on where you would realistically like to be at the end of the 6 weeks.

Think of this as a mini retreat, where you will learn about mindful practices, energy and food to balance your being, introduction of essential oils, rituals and self-care to help you connect with yourself. A space for you to learn to hold yourselves with more compassion in this modern world.  You will discover life-changing benefits of these insights into self and the practises you will learn. Create new habits that support you, and tune into a growth mindset. This is an online course you can come back to them time and time again.


  • Includes one 60 minute 'Discovery session’ which follows the Discovery form that you will fill out and send it back to me.

This is an opportunity for you to share whatever is needed to set the scene and intention for the work you want to embark on for the next 6 weeks.

  • Six Sessions of 60 minutes, where we will introduce the theme of the mindful practice for the week.

  • You will receive weekly guide books with journaling prompts, practises and ritual for you to integrate at your own speed during the week.  

At the end of each session, you are expected to commit to do the work you have been invited to do. You will be taking the steps needed to cultivate the shifts in life you desire.

  • Pre-session forms - for you to consciously consider what has occurred between sessions.
