Welcome to The Return

The Return is a group and community program designed to hold and guide you alongside others. Group coaching helps you quiet self-judgment and self-sabotage, fostering a supportive environment for growth.

Have you noticed that no matter how much inner work you do, you sometimes still find yourself falling into the same old rabbit holes? The mind gets trapped in looping negative thoughts, and the body dances alongside it. This is because your mind is your best friend, but it can also be your worst enemy. With this program, you will learn how to tame your mind so it works with you, not against you.

This one-of-its-kind program is curated through the lens of my unique blend of modalities:
  • Transformative Maturation: Outgrowing who you have been and generating a new space to experience life.

  • Meet you many parts: An introduction to meeting our complex characters, our parts. I work with Internal Family Parts—Richard C. Schwartz developed this evidence-based model of psychotherapy in the 1980s, and Postive Intelligence created by Shirzad Chamine. both compliemtn each other and offer differnt entry points into building a more intimate relationship with ourselves and others.

  • Somatic BodyMind: This award-winning app will help you build your muscle of self-command. This breakthrough, research-based tool strengthens the part of your brain that serves you and quiets the part that sabotages you.

  • Rituals and Ceremony: Engaging in rituals and ceremonies allows us to leave the knowing mind behind and connect with something beyond ourselves. This deeper, more intuitive connection fosters healing and a sense of belonging to something bigger.

Healing is not a destination but a learning journey. It requires progression, new skills, and new habits to break old cycles. Each journey is a new beginning, peeling away another layer so that you can return stronger and more alive each time.

This program 


This program is designed to help you grow three specific mental muscles, which become visible as new neural pathways in MRI imaging within 8 weeks of practice.

Your intercpetor muscle.
Your self-command muscle.
Your sage muscle.

The content of the Return is made up of four unique elements.

Daily Practice
Through the Positive Intelligence App you learn to recongise your sabotuers (parts) 15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage. 

Weekly Focus
Weekly hour-long video delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.

Measurable Progress
You’ll feel motivated through instant feedback on exactly how much progress you’re making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.

Group Coaching
Each week we will meet as a group for dialoague, reflection, reframing, questioning, problem-solving and bodywork when needed. These sessions are designed to deepen you levels of learning, build personal awareness of your specific saboteurs while supporting you to connect more strongly to your Sage. You will understand the basic of Internal Family Parts to gain compassion and understanding of your parts (saboteurs) and they gifts they bring. The group coaching is supported with a bespoke i
ntegration workbook, body work, movement and practices to support you.

At the end you will have you own ‘recipe card’ of support tools you can come back to again and again.
